Receptionist – Reception

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Perform all front desk operational tasks, including check-in, check-out, reservations, and guest assistance;
  • Ensure a personalized welcome for guests, delivering efficient and courteous service;
  • Accurately register guest information and communicate specific needs to other departments;
  • Post and verify charges in the system, as well as issue and control invoices;
  • Comply with mandatory guest registration procedures (SEF) and internal policies;
  • Handle or escalate guest complaints, ensuring appropriate follow-up;
  • Ensure a complete and well-organized shift handover;
  • Support the Assistant Front Office Manager and Front Office Manager with operational and administrative tasks when requested;
  • Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and fully operational;
  • Ensure compliance with the quality and service standards defined by the unit.

 


SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in a front desk role or in a similar hotel environment;
  • Technical training in front office, tourism, or hospitality;
  • Good knowledge of hotel management software and IT tools (HOST preferred);
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English (additional languages are an asset);
  • Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude;
  • Strong customer-oriented mindset and results-driven approach;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactivity, friendliness, and strong team spirit;
  • Ability to handle pressure with calmness and efficiency.
