With an opening scheduled for the first half of 2026, we are looking for professionals passionate about hospitality, detail-oriented and driven by the desire to create memorable experiences.
We are looking for a Receptionist to join our 4-star hotel unit, through the INICIAR Internship programme, an ideal opportunity to develop skills and grow professionally.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support in carrying out reception operational tasks, namely check-in, check-out, reservation management and customer service;
- Collaborate in welcoming guests, ensuring a courteous and professional service;
- Assist in registering and updating guest information, ensuring proper communication with other departments;
- Provide support in posting and checking consumption, as well as issuing invoices;
- Support compliance with applicable legal and internal procedures;
- Collaborate in handling complaints, forwarding situations and following up on their resolution;
- Follow shift handover, ensuring the sharing of relevant information;
- Provide support to the team in operational and administrative tasks;
- Contribute to the organization and proper functioning of the reception area;
- Actively participate in maintaining quality standards and customer service.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Eligibility for INICIAR IEFP Internship (level 4 or 5) – Mandatory requirement;
- Good communication skills and enjoyment of dealing with the public;
- Knowledge of English (other languages are valued);
- Team spirit, proactivity and attention to detail;
- Willingness to learn and grow in the field.
INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS
- Duration of 6 months, with continuous supervision;
- Internship allowance + meal allowance;
- Work accident insurance;
- Possibility of integration after the internship.
