MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support check-in and check-out;
• Welcome guests and provide information;
• Provide support in reservation management and telephone service;
• Collaborate with the different hotel teams.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligible for Curricular Internships;
• Students of Tourism/Hospitality;
• Good communication and enjoyment of dealing with people;
• Dynamic spirit and willingness to learn;
• Positive attitude and passion for creating unique guest experiences.
