COMPETENCY PROFILE / MAIN DUTIES
Receive the daily work schedule from the Head Housekeeper and check room occupancy;
Prepare the service trolley with cleaning and hygiene materials, bed linen, and bath towels;
Check whether room doors display “cleaning” or “do not disturb” signs;
Carry out room cleaning tasks, including collecting waste, removing bed linen and towels, making beds, vacuuming, cleaning furniture and glass, cleaning bathrooms, and replenishing towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc.;
Inform the Head Housekeeper of rooms that are clean and ready;
Use cleaning products correctly and in accordance with safety instructions;
Check equipment, safes, appliances, and furniture in the apartments and request maintenance when necessary;
Check guest amenities and ensure their replenishment;
Check kitchen items to ensure sufficient quantities according to apartment occupancy and replenish when necessary;
Hand over any items forgotten by guests to the Head Housekeeper;
Send and receive laundry items to and from the laundry service;
Perform cleaning and organization of floors and common areas (reception, staircases, restrooms, laundry, service areas, etc.);
Ensure proper shift handover and communication of relevant service information.
