MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support in food preparation and mise en place;
• Assist in the preparation of dishes under the guidance of the kitchen team;
• Collaborate in the organization, cleaning and maintenance of work areas;
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP);
• Assist in receiving and storing goods;
• Work as part of a team to ensure quality and consistency of service.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Eligible for Curricular Internships;
• Students of Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Catering or related fields;
• Interest in the kitchen environment and culinary arts;
• Dynamic spirit and willingness to learn;
• Positive attitude and passion for creating unique guest experiences.
