Sales Manager – Hospitality & Operations

Description / Mission:

Define and implement the commercial strategy of the Seven-O-Five brand, ensuring alignment with market trends and customer expectations. This professional will be responsible for boosting brand visibility, strengthening its positioning in a highly competitive tourism market, and identifying opportunities for growth and market diversification.

They will play a key role in attracting new clients, developing and managing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and negotiating commercial agreements, actively contributing to the expansion of the tourism offering through collaborations and innovative solutions within the R&I ecosystem.


MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies in line with the company’s business plan and overall strategy;
  • Analyse key external market trends and competitors to adjust sales and marketing strategies;
  • Establish synergies with internal departments to ensure a cohesive and integrated growth approach, maximising resources and knowledge;
  • Oversee the sales pipeline across target segments and markets, as well as company performance at national and international levels;
  • Guide and monitor the performance of commercial initiatives through strategic planning aligned with sales policies and innovation in tourism service offerings;
  • Represent the company at international events and trade fairs to increase sales and brand visibility;
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with partners, building long-term commercial relationships;
  • Analyse data using specialised tools to identify patterns, trends, and insights to support growth strategy;
  • Implement strategies to drive sales and enhance brand value.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, International Business, International Relations, Communication and Marketing, or a related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven professional experience in strategic sales, communication and marketing, commercial roles, or client management in a business environment;
  • Proficiency in IT tools (Microsoft Office: Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, email, and internet);
  • Strong knowledge of Excel;
  • Strong analytical profile;
  • Excellent planning, communication, and organisational skills;
  • Determined, resilient, and results-oriented;
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
  • Experience in Digital Marketing;
  • Experience in an e-commerce context (preferred);
  • Experience in ad planning and Google AdWords;
  • Proficiency in Google tools (Google Ads Editor, Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console).
